We’re facing a situation that most of us have never experienced.
The only time I can remember something so life changing was 9/11. I was a second-year master’s student getting ready to go teach class when I turned on the TV. Shortly after, a friend and fellow grad student called. He was a phlebotomist and was headed to the blood donor clinic to volunteer; I joined him later that afternoon. We wanted to be part of the solution.
Don’t be part of the problem – adhere to physical distancing. But don’t be part of the landscape. Take care of yourself physically and emotionally. An important component of physical and emotional well-being is physical activity, which may seem hard to do when locked up at home. This blog is here to provide guidance on how to exercise at home.
While we’re waitin’ on a sunny day, I’m hoping you find this educational and informative; and maybe a little entertaining.
